Here’s a quick ‘how to’ post about helping your business connect with other businesses on Facebook, without having to even log into your business page.

For many small businesses the profile used to log into Facebook might well be a personal one and if you’re browsing pages, looking at what your friends have been up to, you might then see pages that you’d like your business to connect with.

Instead of having to then log into your business page and search again, you can easily do this from your profile.

Here’s how, with the Facebook page of the lovely Embankment Hotel as our model.

From your personal page let’s say you’ve found a page you’d like your business to ‘like’. You might have already decided to like them from your profile but it doesn’t matter if you haven’t.

On the page, click on the drop down arrow next to the settings wheel and select ‘Like As Your Page’:
